Did You Know you can disable the option to require a signature when placing an order?

By default, end users have the option to check a box during checkout to require a signature for their order. This option can be disabled with a portal-level setting called Hide Signature Required.
Benefits to the Client
- Disable or enable the ability to require signatures for portal orders.
How It Works
To disable the “Require a Signature” option:
- In the back-end, go to Portals / Select a Customer / Settings.
- In Order Settings, find the setting called Hide Signature Required.
- Set to “Yes”.
- Click Save.
