Did You Know there is an option to temporarily close a storefront?

marketing portals web print

If you or your client need to pause activity on a storefront for a time, there is now an option to temporarily close a client’s marketing portal and prevent access.

When set to Temporarily Closed, the login page will show the message “This marketing portal is temporarily closed” and users will not be able to log in.

Benefits to You

  • Put all activity and ordering from a client’s storefront on hold.
  • Temporarily close access to a client’s storefront.

How It Works

To set a storefront to Temporarily Closed:

  • In the back end, go Portals / Select a Customer / Settings.
  • In the Storefront Access section, find the Is Temporarily Closed setting.
  • Set to “Yes”.
  • Click Save.

To open a storefront back up and allow access again, simply set this setting to “No”.
