Did You Know the portal help desk Close Ticket option is now in a dropdown?
This is a small UI change to make the Close Ticket option in the portal help desk more distinct. This tweak is intended to make it clearer to users the difference between closing a ticket and going back to the main help desk page.
The new Close Ticket function can be found in a dropdown list as seen below:

How It Works
Closing tickets on the portal help desk can be done as follows:
- Log in to the front end.
- For front end admins, go to Admin / Help Desk.
- For non-admins, go to Tools / Help Desk.
- Go to a ticket’s page.
- Find the dropdown in the upper right corner and select Close Ticket.
- A pop-up will ask you to confirm that you want to close the ticket.
- Click Close Ticket.
