Did You Know you can change the pricing text for items that cost $0.00?

A new user experience setting allows you to replace the pricing text for parts set to cost $0.00. You can make the price show as “Free” or “No Charge” for example instead of showing as “$0.00” on the portal.

Benefits to the Client

• Replace “$0.00” with your preferred phrasing to clean up the look of your product browse pages.
• Make it easier for users to quickly identify free items when browsing.

How It Works

This text replacement setting is on the portal level. To replace the “$0.00” text for no charge items:

• Go to Portals / Select a Customer / Settings.
• In the User Experience section, find the setting called “$0.00 Replacement Value”.
• Input the text you want to show for items that cost $0.00.
• Click Save.
