Did You Know Propago supports data connection with EPMS?
Propago now supports integration with EPMS (Enterprise Print Management Solutions). You can connect your EPMS account to Propago to share order and inventory data between the two sites.
This data connection has three major functions:
- Send orders submitted on Propago to EPMS.
- Send order status updates and ship cost data from EPMS to Propago.
- Send inventory updates from EPMS to Propago.

- Automatically feed orders from Propago to EPMS.
- Automatically update Propago with shipment information from EPMS.
- Update Propago with inventory data from EPMS
How It Works
To connect an EPMS account to your Propago site:
- In the back end, go to Tools / Data Connectors.
- Click Add New Connector.
- Select Data Provider Type = MIS/ERP.
- Select Data Provider = EPMS.
- Fill out the required details for this connection.
- Note you have some options to customize this data connection for the workflow you need.
- Set POD Lines Only to True to only share print on demand order lines with EPMS.
- Set Exclude Vendor Order Lines to True to only share non-vendor order lines with EPMS.
- Set Get Shipments and Get Inventory to True to update Propago with shipment and inventory data from EPMS.
- Click Save Connector Details
