Did You Know you can see a part’s history on its details page?

In the back end, every part’s detail page has a Part History view. This view gives you a month-by-month display of part usage. It shows order history, inventory transactions, and shipment history or the part.

Benefits to You

• Get a snapshot of a part’s order and inventory transaction history.
• Search for orders for a part in the past 3, 6, or 12 months.
• See shipment history for a part.

How It Works

To see a part’s history:

• In the back end, go to Part / Parts / Select a Part.
• On the Basic Information page, click Part History.
• You can switch between a 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month view of the part’s order and inventory transaction history.
