Did You Know you can enable a user to be copied on all order placed and shipped emails?

By placing a user on the Email Distribution list, they will be copied on ALL order confirmation and/or shipment notification emails from their portal. You can toggle whether they are copied on order placed emails, order shipped emails, or both.

This setting is found in the Email Distribution setting of the back end user details page.

Benefits to the Client

  • Enable any user to be copied on all order placed and/or order shipped emails from their portal.

How It Works

To put a user on the Email Distribution List:

  • In the back end, go to Portals / Select a Portal / Users / Select a User.
  • Find the Email Distribution section on the Basic Information page.
  • Check the Email Distribution List box.
  • Check either the Order Placed box, the Order Shipped box, or both.
