Did You Know there are two new fields to keep track of customer fees?
Monthly Fee and Storage Location Fee are two new customer-level fields for noting portal-related fees.
These two fields don’t affect the rest of the platform so you can use as you wish.
Monthly Fee refers to charging a customer for the maintenance and administration of their portal. Storage Location Fee refers to a fee for storing and managing customer-owned items.

- Record for your own use any portal-related fees you may be charging your customers.
How It Works
Find the Monthly Fee and Storage Location Fee fields on the back-end customer details page:
- Go to Portals / Select a Customer.
- Find the Monthly Fee and Storage Location Fee fields at the bottom of the Basic Information section.
