Did You Know producing partners can close their orders in bulk?

Connecting producing partners to your Propago site makes it easy for drop shippers and third-party vendors to receive and fulfill orders placed on your portals. Producing partners now have a new bulk action tool to make order management even easier.

You can now close multiple orders in bulk from the producing partner order maintenance page.

Benefits to You

• Producing partners can now save time managing orders by closing orders in bulk.

How It Works

On the producing partner’s order maintenance page:

• Select the orders you want to close by holding CTRL and click each order in the list.
• Click Close Orders in the upper-right hand corner.
• A pop-up will ask you to confirm and you’ll be able to leave a comment about why the orders are being closed.

To see a producing partner’s order maintenance page, go to System / Producing Partners / Select a producer. Then in the pop-up module, click the Go to 3PL Shipping Page button at the bottom.

Note: Closing orders does not ship the order or update the quantity to ship.
