Did You Know you can set parts to Auto-Expire when their quantity hits zero?
Auto-Expire is a part-level setting that causes a part to be removed from the storefront once the quantity reaches zero.
This is a great alternative to manually setting an expiration date for a part.
Benefits to You
- Automatically sunset parts once an order causes inventory to hit zero.
- Avoid cluttering your storefront with out of stock parts that you won’t be offering again.
- Great for seasonal or limited-time products that you won’t be restocking.
How It Works
To turn on Auto-Expire for a part:
- In the back end, go to Part / Parts / Select a part.
- In the Basic Settings section, locate the Auto-Expire setting.
- Set Auto-Expire to “Yes”.
