Did You Know you can add custom HTML to various messages throughout the portal?
The Messaging section of a portal’s settings gives you the ability to add text that end users will see in certain places such as when they log in, when checking out, and when proofing.
You can also use HTML to further customize these messages. This enables you to add images, links and text formatting to your storefront’s messaging.

- Add useful descriptions and notices for end users throughout your storefront.
- Further customize the look and feel of your storefront with custom HTML.
How It Works
To change the messaging on the portal:
- In the back end, go to Portals / Select a Customer / Select the Messaging tab on the left-hand menu.
- Use the text fields to add messages to various sections on the portal.
- HTML can be added in many of these fields to further customize the messages.
