Did You Know you can bulk edit parts to change details, add print specs, and more?

The bulk edit feature is a time-saving tool for making changes to multiple parts at once.

• Make various changes to parts in bulk including adding print specs, changing prices, and changing mail and inventory settings.

How It Works

To bulk edit parts, go to Part / Parts. Select the parts you want to edit and click Bulk Edit.

Across the top of the page you will see the categories of details you can edit: Part Details, Part Flags, Print Specs, Inventory Settings, Mail Options, Price List, Keywords.

• The Selected Parts tab shows you which parts will be edited.
• Check the box next to the fields you want to change. Note, you can use the Leave Blank checkbox to blank out a field on the selected parts. 
• Price List allows you to replace the default price list for the selected parts and create a custom price list on the fly.
• Keywords allows you to add keywords to the selected parts for searchability.
• Click Save to save the changes to all selected parts.

Some recently added options to the bulk part edit feature include: Backorder Alert, Allow Negative Demand and several print spec options.
