Did You Know you users can attach comments to their personalization proofs?

End users can add any comments or notes they’d like to their proofs using the new Proof Comments feature. These comments will travel with this proof through the system so they can be seen by both approvers in the front end and the production team in the back end.

Benefits to the Customer

  • Allow end users to add pertinent info and comments about their proofs.
  • Front end admins can see the comments when approving.
  • Back end users can see the comments in the production queue and the job ticket.

How It Works

Users can add comments to proof by doing the following:

  1. Click personalize on a product to go to the proofing page.
  2. Click the Add Proof Comments button beneath the View Previously Ordered button.
  3. Enter desired comments into the text box.
  4. Click Continue.

The proof comments can be seen on the order line when approving orders. They can also be seen in the back end in the Proof Comments column of the production queue and on the job ticket.
