Did You Know you can replace the company logo for a User Group?
Most customers will want all of their user groups to see the same company logo on their portal. But in some situations, such as companies with multiple languages or multiple brands, they may have different logo versions. It can be useful in such cases to be able to replace the default company logo on the user group level.
Benefits to the Client
- Replace the default company logo for a user group with a different language.
- Give different logos to user groups for sites with multiple brands.
How It Works
To override the company logo on the user group level, go to a user group in the back end. Portals > Select Customer > User Groups > Select User Group.
Use the Company Logo option in the Basic Information section to select a file to upload for the user group’s logo. This logo will be seen by this user group on the header of the portal.
