Did You Know you can bulk edit part prices?

Standard price lists are useful for assigning and updating prices on multiple parts together. An alternative method of changing multiple part prices at the same time is using the Bulk Edit feature.

Let’s say you have a bunch of promotional products that are assigned to a standard price list. You want to update the price of a few of the items but not all on that standard price list. Instead of creating a new price list and adding each of these parts, you could use Bulk Edit to replace the prices of just the parts you need to update.

• Update prices on multiple parts at once without changing any price lists.
• Bulk edit prices on parts that are assigned to different price lists.
• Add volume-based pricing discounts during Bulk Edit.

How It Works

To replace prices for multiple parts at once, go to the Part Search page in the back end.

• Search for all SKUs that need the same pricing assigned.
• Check the SKUs to select them.
• Click the Bulk Edit button.
• Click Price List in the menu bar and then check the Replace Default Price List box.
• Input a new price. Add price breaks with the Add New Record button.
• Click Save.
