Did You Know you can give users the option to checkout orders in bulk?

checkout bulk marketing asset mangement

The bulk checkout feature allows your clients to send orders in bulk to a list of users or addresses. This works with personalized parts as well as static parts. Each address gets counted as an individual order line once the order is placed. This feature is hidden by default and can be turned on per user in the back end.

Benefits to the Client

  • Significantly cut down time spent sending an order to multiple addresses
  • Select addresses from the Address Book or upload a list of addresses

How It Works

Access to the bulk checkout feature can be given to a user by going to their user settings within the back end. Choose a portal and then select a user. Find the Place Bulk Orders checkbox in the Access Rights section of the user’s settings.

When in the portal, the Bulk Checkout button can be found next to the Checkout button when viewing your cart. After clicking Bulk Checkout, you’ll be given the option to choose addresses in the Address Book or to upload a list. If uploading a list, the mailing list must include the following info: Name, Address, City, State and ZIP. After selecting addresses, the system will check for invalid addresses and duplicates. On the order review page, you’ll see both a Pricing Summary section, which gives a total for each order, and an Estimated Pricing Summary section, which gives a combined total for all orders.
