Did You Know front end dashboards provide a quick visual summary of your portal?
Back by popular demand, the front end dashboard gives your clients a visual summary of activity on their portal. The layout includes a snapshot of metrics such as top products by quantity ordered, site visitors by date, and many more.
The information on these portal-specific front end dashboards is presented via easy to read, responsive charts and graphs. This is the kind of feature that adds to the wow-factor of a client’s first impression of the portal.
Benefits to the Client
- Quickly get a summary of relevant information at a glance
- See how order volumes are changing over time
- Easily keep track of who is using the portal and how much they are ordering
How It Works
The front end dashboard is divided into three pages, Overview, Products, and Users. By default, the dashboard will show data from the last 30 days but clients can change the time frame to other options like “this quarter” or “today.” They can also set a custom time frame.
By default, the front end dashboard is hidden from view. Front end admins who have been given the option to see the dashboard can find it in the admin tab of their portal.
