Did You Know communication logs help you keep track of emails associated with specific orders and users?
Your client has a new portal user who can’t find their welcome email. They ask your client to resend it. Now, there’s a quick and easy way for a back end admin to see when that email was sent and resend it with the click of a button.
Two new sections, Order Communication and User Communication, show a log of all emails associated with an order or a user, respectively. They also provide a handy resend button in case one of those emails gets lost in an inbox or inadvertently deleted.

How It Works
Communication logs can be found at the bottom of user or order detail page in the back end. Each log provides information about the type of email that was sent, such as welcome emails or order confirmations, and the time and date that the email went out. Next to that you’ll find the resend button.
